This covers Tolvstad's Turf Care LLC and its Holiday Heroes holiday lighting service (“we,” “us”).
What we collect
Your name, address, phone number and email, the services you ask for or get from us, notes about your property, your invoices and payments, and the messages you send us. If you use our website, we may also get basic technical info like your browser type.
How we use it
To give you estimates, schedule and do the work, send invoices and receipts, take payments, answer your questions and keep our records. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except as needed to run the business, for example with our payment processor (Stripe) and the services we use to send texts and email, or when the law requires it.
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Payments
Card and bank payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Text messages (SMS)
What we text. Tolvstad's Turf Care and Holiday Heroes send text messages about scheduling, service updates (like when we're on the way or a job is done), invoices and payment links, and replies to questions you send us.
How you agree to get texts. You agree to get texts from us when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you by text, by phone, by email, on a form on our website (like our Holiday Heroes text sign-up), or by texting us first.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

After you reply STOP, we'll send one message confirming you've opted out and won't text you again unless you ask us to. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, any time. Just call, text or email us.
