This covers Tolvstad's Turf Care LLC and its Holiday Heroes holiday lighting service (“we,” “us”).
Our services
We provide lawn care (like fertilization, weed and grub control, aeration, overseeding and pest control) and, through Holiday Heroes, holiday light installation and takedown. What we'll do and the price are shown on your estimate or invoice. Weather can change our schedule; we'll let you know if it does.
Billing and payment
Invoices are due when you get them unless your invoice says otherwise. You can pay online with the link on your invoice, or by check. Card payments may include a card fee, which is shown before you pay.
Canceling
You can cancel future services any time by calling, texting or emailing us. You're responsible for work already done.
Text messages (SMS)
What we text. Tolvstad's Turf Care and Holiday Heroes send text messages about scheduling, service updates (like when we're on the way or a job is done), invoices and payment links, and replies to questions you send us.
How you agree to get texts. You agree to get texts from us when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you by text, by phone, by email, on a form on our website (like our Holiday Heroes text sign-up), or by texting us first.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
After you reply STOP, we'll send one message confirming you've opted out and won't text you again unless you ask us to. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Holiday Heroes text message program
Program name: Holiday Heroes Text Updates (Holiday Heroes is a DBA of Tolvstad's Turf Care LLC).
What it is: texts about your holiday lighting install scheduling, service updates, invoices and payment links, and replies to your questions. Sign up on our text sign-up page, tell us when you book, or text us first.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.
- Reply HELP for help, call or text (608) 406-4038, or email holidayheroeslighting@gmail.com.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
