A slow-release summer feeding with micronutrients, and spot treatment of weeds where needed.

This program is customizable. We can cut back on applications to fit your budget and lawn goals. Just tell us when you ask for your estimate.
Lawn too thin to just feed?
Our premium Lawn Restoration starts with a soil test, then two passes of aeration, overseeding and a custom-blended fertilizer made for your soil.
We skip what won't help
If we feel an application won't be good for the lawn, we skip it. This usually happens with the 3rd application in a bad drought and high heat. Irrigated lawns generally don't have this problem.
Priced by lawn size
Every lawn is different, so we measure yours and price each application by its size. Estimates are free.
Pre-pay for the season
You can pay for the whole season up front.
After a treatment
- Don't mow until the product has been watered into the soil.
- You can mow once the application has dried, as long as you don't bag the clippings.
- If it doesn't rain within 1 to 7 days after the application, water the lawn for the best results.
- Keep people and pets off treated areas until dry, usually 3 to 5 hours.
- After the granular winterizer (#5): don't mow or bag clippings within 24 hours.
